Frequently asked questions
What’s your cancel/no show policy?
We charge a $25 per pet cancellation fee if canceled less then 24 hours of
scheduled appointment. Whether you call and cancel or just not show up to your
appointment you will be charged $25.00 per pet.
Does grooming also include a bath?
Yes grooms do include the bathing process. This is a 3 step bathing process. We
express the anal glands, clean out their ears and trim and file the nails.
Do I need to make an appointment?
Yes if your wanting a bath or a Groom then it is required
I have a Great Pyrenees and a Husky. Do you do those types of dogs?
Yes, We do large dogs. Any dog that short hair and long hair, we do them all. Our
motto is “BIG OR SMALL, WE GROOM THEM ALL” Cats too
Does my pet need any vaccines?
If they are puppies, we require at least 2 sets of booster shots. There are
airborne things that older dogs carry that puppies are susceptible to. We also require
current rabies vaccine on pets over 6 months if they are staying here for a bath or
groom. The state of Texas requires all animal have a rabies vaccine and we do to. We
do recommend ALL vaccines.
How often do I need to get my pet groomed?
To maintain healthy coat and skin, It’s recommended 6 to 8 weeks. Bottom lined
hair grows out in 3 months. After 3 months things get overgrown quickly.
Do you groom both dogs and cats?
Yes! We provide full-service grooming for both dogs and cats, including breed-specific cuts, deshedding, nail trimming, and specialty styling.
Can I walk in for a nail trim or face trim?
Absolutely. We welcome walk-in services for quick foot and face trims during business hours.
Do you offer creative styling or pet-safe coloring?

What’s included with a full grooming session?
A typical session includes a bath, brush-out, coat trim or cut, ear cleaning, nail trimming, and a complimentary bandana or bow.
